In addition to the presentation, they offer individual one to one meetings with employees afterwards. These sessions allow staff to ask personal finance and pension questions in a confidential setting and receive tailored guidance.
There is no charge for the presentation or for the individual guidance meetings with employees.
(For significantly larger organisations with high employee numbers, there may be a fee to accommodate the additional meeting requirements, but this would always be discussed in advance.)
